Bodegas Díez Gómez, born from the concerns and passions of Óscar and Laura, Óscar passionate about wine in the history of Toro, hospitality, Toresana gastronomy and mixology, sharing and promoting the concept of WINE MIXOLOGY, Laura brings sensitivity, love through the customs of the area and the folklore, sharing the traditional Zamorano dance par excellence, the Jota.
This union creates a way of living and a philosophy that defends and protects, above all, the region of Toro, its benefits, its people, its culture and heritage, always around the world of wine.
We have 12 hectares of family vineyards, the soul of our wines, they are planted ungrafted, on their own roots, for more than 100 years, being protected under the quality seal of the Toro Denomination of Origin Regulatory Council and under the influence of the Duero River, producing a limited number of bottles.
