1. The promotional action called "AMÉRICO TAKES YOU TO AMERICA 2024" will take place between the dates of February 1, 2024 to January 6, 2025.
2. 3. 4. The prize will consist of a trip for two people, managed by the Ecuador Travel Agency of Toro (Zamora) on dates arranged by the organization of the draw, to choose between the destinations:
Destination 1: Punta Cana, which includes: flights from the departure airport to the destination, round-trip transportation from the destination airport to the hotel, 7 hotel nights and an All-Inclusive regime.
Destination 2: New York, which includes: flights from the departure airport to the destination, round-trip travel from the destination airport to the hotel, 5 nights in a hotel and Bed and Breakfast.
5. Likewise, the hotel establishment that dispenses the ballot with the winning number in the El Niño draw of the national lottery on January 6, 2025, will also be the winner of 1 trip with the same characteristics of the winning number, having to present the matrix with the allowed number.
6. To participate in the draw, the hospitality establishment must make a minimum purchase from February 1, 2024 to January 5, 2025 of: 3 boxes of wine of any of the AMÉRICO wine references, the boxes being: AMÉRICO JÓVEN TINTO and VERDEJO of 12 units and AMÉRICO ROBLE and CRIANZA of 6 units, giving you 1 checkbook of 100 consecutive numbers for every 3 boxes, being able to buy as many lots as you want of 3 boxes + 1 checkbook, while stocks last.
7. To receive the prize, the client must present the ballot with the winning number in the El Niño draw of the national lottery on January 6, 2025 within 1 month of the draw, in the same way, the establishment You must present the matrix with the winning number within 1 month of the draw, as well as the wine purchase invoice to your usual official Vinos Américo distributor.
8. If the winning number (matrix or ballot) does not appear, after one month of the draw (February 6, 2025), the prize will correspond to the number of the second prize of the Niño lottery, in the case of If any of the possibilities do not appear, the prize would be void.
9. The organizer of the draw is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal actions, mishaps, accidents, illnesses or theft suffered by the prize winners during the trip and their stay.
10. The prizes, in kind, will be subject to the current legislation of the Spanish Tax Agency.
11. The processing of data of the participants and winners of the draw are regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law.
12. There will be a Cash prize of €500 for the staff of the establishment where the winning ballot is distributed.
13. There will be a Cash prize of €500 for the salesperson who distributes the winning ticket.
14. If more than 75% of the ballots are not sold or dispensed, the draw would be canceled and the winners would be rewarded with their weight in AMERICO wine (Joven Red and white, oak and aging).
